SPECIAL EVENTS:

April to October, Positano.

Held in the stunning seaside town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast, this art festival opens with a catwalk show on the beach. August, Landing of the Saracens:

Every year, the town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast remembers the landing of the Saracens with a re-enactment of the battle that took place on the night of 15 August 1558. Actors in costume, music, food and the almost-guaranteed spectacular sunset make for an entertaining family event.
