Your enquiry will be allocated to a dedicated Italian villa specialist who will dedicate their efforts exclusively to sourcing the perfect villa for you.
We take the time to get to know what you are looking for and to understand what’s important to you. Then we can give you a truly bespoke personal service with all the help and advice you need to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible. We will guide you through the whole process of booking your perfect villa rental, from choosing a property, right through to your departure.
Our subsequent concierge service is available to all clients who book a villa rental through Bridgewater and allows you to personalise your booking with added extras such as fully staffed villas, maids, cooks / chefs, wine tasting tours.

This is a complimentary service available to clients with a weekly rental budgets of +£6995 per week. (*See note below)

NOTE: * Any commission we take is included in the rental price which will not be higher than that charged by the owner or local agent should you book direct. In rare circumstances we may source a property from an owner who does not recognise us with a commission within their public rates. If this is the case we will charge a reasonable sourcing fee to cover our time – any charges of this nature will be made transparent and included on any information provided to you prior to entering in a rental contract.

We politely request exclusivity on your enquiry for a period of 4 days (96 hours) whilst we dedicate our time to sourcing your perfect villa rental. This will also help to avoid the owner receiving the same request from multiple agents and sometimes also direct from the same client. When we take on your enquiry we dedicate a huge amount of time to sourcing a particular villa for you, saving you time & ensuring your needs are met
In return for your exclusivity we guarantee that you will not pay more than if you were to book the same property for the same period direct with the owner through their own website, that of a local managing agent or via a portal such as air B & B etc.
