The large, private swimming pool sits at the front of the house, and there is a covered eating area ideal for dining 'al fresco' as well as other outside seating areas. The Mediterranean style garden is well kept and filled with brightly coloured flowers, plants and a large lawned area which is illuminated at night.

There is a swing and activity area for children. The swimming pool is 6x10 meters, the maximum depth is 2,50 metres and the minimum depth is 1,20 metres.
